The club was formed on Monday 24th September 1951 and has gone from strength to strength and is now looking forward to the 60th anniversary in 2011. We now have gone electronic much to the delights of President Geoff Scott. Please explore the site as much as you like and if you have any ideas please share with us.
This year, 2007, the club has agreed a two year deal with Passage To India to become our Main Club Sponsor. The Duke of York pub & Sandgate Seafoods have supplied training tops and kit bags.
If you are looking for a tour this year we are the perfect club to play! Social rugby all the way through the club plus fairly low bar prices plus there are plenty of hotels to stay in as we are the number one destination in England. As well as forty pubs to have a drink in. Please get in contact with us for any more details.
This club is here for Rugby, at the heart of the community we also have
2 football teams, a cricket side, a squash club as well as a Function
Room and separate lounge bar. Please support us as we support the youth
of society.
