dont listen to any rumours from you know who, training is definitely on this tuesday bring your trainers we are running, let's have a good turn out. for those who have not been it is not as bad as it sounds and most of the ones who do turn out enjoy it. d

Forgot to mention. Does anyone still want to use the fitness machine still? its 7pm til 8pm, its free of charge for the circuit training plus this week we have a special trainer!!! I need to know by wednesday night cos I need to confirm it. thanks Stenny
